Document Management System

EMerge Version 2.1 is a Windows-based document output management system that takes data from a customer's legacy system and merges it with electronics forms stored in the customer's electronic forms library. The viewer module allows viewing of an electronic document from any local or remote site and enables users to add electronic notes to the file without allowing them to modify the document. It also provides an additional mechanism for checking document accuracy prior to output. Included with this system is an editor module that allows users at both local and remote network sites to view and edit documents resulting from the data merge process before the electronic documents are printed or faxed. This allows for additional fields to be added and other modifications to be made prior to output.
