In addition, the platform stores complete employee election history in an electronic format that enables monitoring of real-time enrollment. The elections site also contains benefits and enrollment guides and provider directories that are easy to access year-round.
Each client is provided a unique interface and URL in a protected environment to enable consistent, secure access by employees. A client specific e-mail address is also provided to ensure direct communications with Benelogic for technical and eligibility-related support.
