The Benelogic Corporate Edition is branded with the employer's trademark, logo or other identifiers. Employees see this customized view from the beginning of their online enrollment process where they evaluate the benefits packages offered, make elections online, and view the calculated costs to their payroll deductions as they modify their benefits elections.

Benelogic's software is customized to each client's eligibility criteria and business rules. It prohibits incorrect benefits choices and clearly explains to the user election adjustments required. In addition, the platform stores complete employee election history in an electronic format that enables monitoring of real-time enrollment. The elections site also contains benefits and enrollment guides and provider directories that are easy to access year-round.

Each client is provided a unique interface and URL in a protected environment to enable consistent, secure access by employees. A client specific e-mail address is also provided to ensure direct communications with Benelogic for technical and eligibility-related support.
