Intracorp Names New President Tom Croswell

PHILADELPHIA, June 19, 2003 - Intracorp today announced Thomas A. Croswell has been appointed President, Intracorp, Inc. Croswell joins Intracorp from CIGNA Pharmacy Management where he has been president for the last three years. He also will retain that position for a short time as the search for a successor nears completion. Croswell is replacing Kirk Rothrock who has decided to leave Intracorp to pursue new career interests.

Prior to his appointment as president, CIGNA Pharmacy Management, in 2000, Croswell had been president & CEO of CIGNA Dental, Inc. He joined CIGNA Dental in 1997 following a 26-year career at Prudential Insurance Company. While at Prudential, Croswell moved through a number of management and executive positions in underwriting, sales, marketing and administration of health care benefit products.
