Helen Of Troy Chooses PeopleAnswers To Help Hire Employees Nationwide And Lower Turnover

PeopleAnswers and Helen of Troy Ltd. recently announced a software licensing agreement for the consumer products company to use the PeopleAnswers HR-focused business solution to create a more efficient selection process. These newly hired employees will play a role in distributing branded household products under such names as OXO, Revlon and Honeywell, all distributed by Helen of Troy.

Helen of Troy will use the intuitive, cloud-based PeopleAnswers desktop and mobile software platforms to identify and hire top performers to fill management and hourly roles across the United States. The company will begin using PeopleAnswers to help hire employees for its distribution centers that currently employ more than 800, including a second Mississippi facility now under construction. The goal is to recruit and hire full-time and temporary employees who enjoy their work and will remain with the company longer.
