Energy From Waste Specialist MVV Environment Selects HR Software From Carval Computing To Support Growing UK Operations

MVV Environment, a specialist in Energy from Waste processing plants, has selected HR software from Carval Computing. Carval's HR Unity will cover staff at both UK sites at Devonport Dockyard, in Plymouth, Devon and Ridham Dock, near Sittingbourne in Kent.

Newport Pagnell, Bucks, UK - Carval is also supplying Employee Self-Service capabilities. The new HR software will streamline operations, replacing a manual paper-based system, saving time and providing a better service to employees and the business.

HR Unity will be used by MVV Environment's UK HR Manager to automate the HR function at both UK sites. It will improve HR administration and training records, and will provide Self-Service options to both staff and managers, which is seen as a major benefit for the company. Amongst other advantages, the UK HR Manager will now be able to view attendance and sickness records, and easily identify any trends that need addressing.
