Alliant Diagnostics provides third party administration services for several of the largest clinical laboratory networks in the United States including LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics. Utilizing several labs has allowed us to construct one of the most comprehensive clinical test menus in the occupational and clinical testing industry. The combination of several labs gives our clients effortless access to thousands of Patient Service Centers nationally.

Alliant Diagnostics provides routine occupational and clinical specimen collections for testing and screening. In addition to routine urine drug screens, we offer procedures such as blood specimen collections, paternity collections and breath alcohol testing. Equally important types of drug testing can be done including, random testing, voluntary testing, reasonable suspicion testing, specific condition testing and follow-up testing.
