Certifications
COBRA Training & Certification Program The COBRA Training & Certification Program is loaded with information on COBRA administration, all of it written in non-legal terms. The Program is supported with numerous tips, examples, and interactive questions to help you understand and comply with COBRA, and includes a special "Bookmark" feature so you can learn at your own pace.
FLSA Training & Certification Program The FLSA Training & Certification Program covers all basic and detailed rules for worker eligibility, minimum wage, overtime pay, and hours-worked requirements. The Program also has an extensive section on exemptions, child labor, and record keeping requirements, and a special section on enforcement remedies and defenses.
FMLA Training & Certification Program This self-paced Program is available from any browser, and all content is accessible for one full year from date of purchase. It should take approximately ten hours to complete the training portion of the Program and two hours to take the Certification test, which consists of 50 randomly-generated multiple choice and true/false test questions.
